Breakfast and After School Clubs
Our breakfast and after school clubs are available for booking through Arbor. Breakfast club is run daily from 8am, with a selection of food available for your child and with familiar school staff. Likewise, Zara runs our daily after school club, offering fresh foods from our kitchen and a selection of fun activities including time in our forest school area, arts and crafts, cooking and general down time. Zara tries to create a home from home feeling to allow your child time to rest, eat and be with their friends.
As a school, we also offer a range of various extra-curricular activities for your child that create a sense of belonging and explore their interests further. Please see our current offer of clubs - we will encourage your child to sign up at regular points in the year using an MS form sign up sheet.
Clubs
Monday - Music lessons
On Monday afternoons, we are joined by Alex who offers paid for lessons in guitar and keyboards. Your child can sign up for these lessons through contacting the school email address.
Tuesday - Mindfulness and movement
Mrs Coulam offers a range of different activities that involve gentle use of movement and stilling activities with the view to promote wellbeing and stretching. This takes place in the classroom after school until 4.15pm.
Mrs Bellew offers a Marvellous Makers club on a Tuesday lunchtime and children can sign up through our MS form link. We will rotate the children selected to take part in the club on a termly basis. Our Marvellous Makers enjoy a range of craft, cooking and Stem based activities that explore the skills of designing and creating.
Wednesday - Welly walking club
Mrs Lowrey and Mrs Scott enjoy exploring the local area with our wellies on a Wednesday! It is a wonderful opportunity for our loyal group to get outside and just "be" in nature. We encourage curiosity in the natural environment and engaging with our surroundings through looking, listening and exploring.

Thursday - In school hours - school council
Miss Boundy currently runs our school council, with children from every year group making up the group. The children are actively involved in generating their own ideas for fundraisers for the charities that we support. We currently support Edukid and sponsor a child living in Africa with the funds that we raise. Along with our PTA, the school council play a vital role in promoting our values and seeing how their voices and ideas can play an important part in the running of our school.
Music lessons are offered on a Thursday through Ania who can provide lessons in keyboards and flute. Please sign up for music lessons via her email address on our weekly newsletter.
Friday - Romar Football club - paid for external provider
We are delighted to be able to host Romar football on a Friday. The providers are highly skilled coaches and we are proud that the club is attended widely in the school by girls, boys and children of all ranges of ability.
